END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Objectype Font Studio ("Font Studio") governing the use of fonts produced by Font Studio. By downloading, installing, or using this font, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this font.

1. Copyright and Ownership

All fonts provided by Objectype Font Studio are the exclusive property of Font Studio and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the font by this EULA.

2. License Types and Usage

Font usage is subject to the type of license purchased. Below are the details for each license:

3. Prohibited Uses

Regardless of the license type, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the font in any form.
Embedding the font in any application, software, or website that allows users to extract or use the font without a proper license.
Using the font in projects related to illegal, defamatory, or offensive content, including but not limited to pornography, hate speech, or unlawful activities.
Using the font in political or controversial projects without written permission from Font Studio.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Font Studio is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from using this font, except when caused by a defect in the font itself. Font Studio is also not responsible for any legal consequences arising from the misuse of the font by the user.

5. License Termination

Violation of any terms in this EULA will result in the immediate termination of your license without a refund. In such cases, you must cease all usage of the font and delete all copies from your system. Font Studio reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized use, including but not limited to financial penalties and legal prosecution.

6. Updates and Changes

Font Studio may update this EULA or release new versions of the font. Users with valid licenses may receive updates as per Font Studio’s policies.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This EULA is governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably between the User and Font Studio. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled by Indonesian legal procedures.
