END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - TRIAL VERSION

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Objectype Font Studio ("Font Studio") governing the use of trial fonts produced by Font Studio. By downloading, installing, or using this trial font, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this font.

1. Copyright and Ownership

All trial fonts provided by Objectype Font Studio are the exclusive property of Font Studio and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The trial version is for evaluation purposes only and does not grant any commercial or personal rights beyond those outlined in this EULA.

2. Permitted Uses

The trial version of the font may be used only for:

Personal testing and evaluation purposes.
Mockups or drafts to preview how the font appears in a design.
Non-commercial presentations or portfolio showcases.
Educational or research purposes.

3. Prohibited Uses

The trial version of the font may NOT be used for:

Any commercial or business-related projects.
Selling, sublicensing, redistributing, or sharing the font in any form.
Embedding in websites, applications, e-books, or other digital formats.
Creating logos, branding, or merchandise intended for public or client use.
Any offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Trial fonts distributed by Objectype Studio do not support OpenType features and feature an abridged character set limited to the following letters and symbols:

4. Liability Disclaimer

Font Studio is not liable for any loss or damage caused by using the trial font. The trial font is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. License Termination

Violation of this EULA will result in the immediate termination of your right to use the trial font. You must delete all copies of the font from your system upon termination. Font Studio reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This EULA is governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably between the User and Font Studio. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled through Indonesian legal procedures.
